In Parakeet, your Nest Country (also known as your Primary Country) is simply the main country associated with your account. Usually, this is the country you expect to be placing the most calls to. We use this information to make sure we show you the most accurate rates, and help you save money.

With Parakeet, you'll get unlimited calls to your supported nest country. Currently, we currently support unlimited calling to the following nest countries:

• Canada
• Mexico
• United States

Best of all, there's nothing you have to do to get this to work. If the United States is set as your nest country, all calls placed to numbers in the United States will be free. As many of our customers only make local calls, we think this is an excellent value. However, we know plenty of businesses do make international calls as well, and you'll be happy to know that Parakeet offers very competitive international calling rates. Take a look at our pricing page for more information.

Changing Your Nest Country

If you need to change your nest country, please don't hesitate to contact us. To combat fraud, we do limit the number of times you may change your nest country per year.
